Empujando coches/Pushing cars

El sábado pasado la cuadrilla se vino a casa a una cena pre-noche de marcha. Cómo Lander había venido en coche, le dejamos (o más bien le forzamos a) que nos llevara en el coche a algunos hasta la parte vieja.
Pero cuando llegamos al coche una señora tenía aparcado el suyo en doble fila impidiéndonos salir. Al parecer se había quedado sin batería y estaba esperando a la grúa, pero que si queríamos podíamos empujar el coche hacia atrás para que nos dejara salir.
Así que mientras ella cogía a si hijo del interior del coche (ya me direis para qué lo saca si solo vamos a empujarlo para atrás) nosotros nos colocamos en el capó y empezamos a hacer fuerza.
Yo recordaba que un coche en punto muerto se movía con bastante facilidad, pero ahí estábamos 5 veinteañeros empujando con todas nuestras fuerzas y sin demasiado resultado. Así que Eneko hizo la pregunta que todos teníamos en mente:

ENEKO- Señora, ¿no tendrá el freno de mano puesto?
SEÑORA- Ah, pues sí, ¿lo tenía que quitar?

Momento facepalm.
Lo terminamos de mover y nos fuimos de allí echando leches, con los aplausos de los espontáneos de fondo, no fuera a ser que le diera por pedirnos algún otro favor.

Last saturday my group of friends came to my house to a pre-party night dinner. As Lander had come by car, we let him take some of us to the old part.
But when we arrived at the car,a woman har her car parked in double line, so we couldn't go out. She explained us that she hadn't battery, so she was waiting for the tow truck, and told us that if we wanted we could push her car and that way we could go out.
So while she was taking her kid out of the car, we went to the front and started to push.
I remembered that it was easy to push  car, but there we were, five young people pushing really hard with no results. Then Eneko asked THE question:
ENEKO- Madam, ¿is the handbreak on?
MADAM- Ah, yes, ¿do I have to take it off?
Facepalm moment.
We finished moving it and hurry to go with the applause of the people there as background, we didn't want to stay with her more.
