Sims-adictos/Sims-addicts

I'm starting to think that Sergio and I have a problem with the game. Oh my god, we are compulsive gamblers!

Spagat en el baño/Spagat in the bathroom

I was going to have a shower when, a huge puddle that the previous roommie has left, has frustrated my plans. I have slipped and fly trough the air just to end doing an spagat worthy of any gymnast. After a few seconds of shock (and realize that I was naked in the floor) I have stand up a little bit hurt for finishing having a bath.
But don't worry, I'm perfectly, only my proud is hurt.

Esta casa es una ruina: La cocina/ This house is a ruin: The kitchen

We have arrived to the kitchen. It's a big kitchen and with a door that goes to the well, wich allows a fast ventilation when we burn something. But it has some problems.

We will start with the mysterious hole that it's just beside the sink. There is a sunken tile and the only thing you can see inside of it is dust and darkness. I've started to think that it's a magic gateway wich takes you to a parallel world where the oranges control the humanity threatening them with leeks, but that it's just my idea.
Then we have an oven that hasn't been cleaned by any previous erasmus generation, and we are not going to be the ones that deprive the next guests of enjoying it.
And finally we have the mysterious case of disappearance of the kitchen towels. Despite we buy 2 or 3 every time we go to Ikea, we still can't find any of them when we want to dry something.

LAST MINUTE NEWS: Our sources have discovered that our friends from the first floor take sometime our towels "borrowed".

Esta casa es una ruina: Los sofás comeculos/ This house is a ruin: The ass-eater couches

So we continue the visit to my home, this time I will talk about the living room. The living room is a spacious place, with white walls and wooden floor, and with a big window that lets the sun shine in the morning and lights the place. The only problem are the couches.
The big couch has a huge rip that you can feel in every position you sit. We tried to camouflage it with a white sheet, but even with that you can't stand more tan 10 minutes on it.
And then we have the armchairs, at first look they seem a comfortable place, but later you can feel how your ass touches the floor when you sit on it. We put 3 or 4 pillows to solve the problem, but after a while you can notice how the armchair is eating them.
I'm starting to think that they are alive and they hate us...

Esta casa es una ruina: El váter/ This house is a ruin: The toilet

We continue the second presentation of "This house is a ruin". You see, due to a technical failure of the ingeneer who design it (or that my landlord is stupid) the lid of my toilet does exactly the contrary than Barney's toilet lid from HIMYM (ok, it's on a differente language but you get the idea), that's it, the lid always goes down.
So we have to use the most valuable object in a students house, the adhesive tape. Now it's always up, but at least you don't have to be holding it all the time.

And now, to end with the bathroom I will explain you the hole that you see in the drawing. The first month I was living here we had a problem with a pipe, nothing happened at our house, but we were flooding downs house. So after 4 days without water (the plumbers here are not better than the plumbers in Spain) the plumber came, made a hole in the wall that separate our two bathrooms, changed the pipe and left. We cleaned the rubble and we are still waiting for the landlord to fix it, because to know that the person that is in the other bathroom is hearing you pee it's not a funny thing...

Esta casa es una ruina: La ducha/ This house is a ruin: The shower

I think that in all this time that I have the blog, I've never talked to you about my house, well, I've told some things, but I've never explained a lot of it, so I'm going to open a new section called "This house is a ruin" to speak about it.
Ok, it's not a ruin, but it has its flaws, I can't imagine how many erasmus students have passed trough here.
I will start with the bathroom, well, with the shower. The shower had a moldy curtain and it was one of the first things we get rid of. The actual curtain with dots was brought by Maria-mu in one of our frequents trips to Ikea (you can see the price and other items here).
The thing where you put the shower in the wall to wash your head with two hands is broken. I told it to the landlord, but I think he has forgotten of it, and my roommates don't complain about it, so, I'm not going to be always saying these kind of things.
And for last we have the waste pipe, but I think I will change that name to plug,  because when you finish having the shower you have the water almost in your knees. We have tried a lot of things, with chemicals...but nothing, we've told to the landlord so he will say something in a month.

PD: Instead we have some little ducks stickers in the wall, but they are so cute.

Felpudos asesinos/Killer doormat's

Since I live in this flat the doormat has tried to kill me four times. His accomplice, the stairs's maid, put it strategically on the door, this way when you open the door it leans against the doorjamb and you eat it with potatoes.
And you will ask, is the doormat that big? Yes, it is, because it heights the same than my knee and it weights a lot.
So the only way I find for this not to happen again to me it's to go out looking and touching the floor, that, or hide myself behind my door and wait until some of my rommies goes out, because if someone has to kiss the floor it's better them than me.
